The National Association for Home Health & Hospice (NAHC) will be holding a webinar on the new Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) proposed home health rule and the Patient Directed Grouping Model (PDGM) from 10:00 - 11:30 AM PST on Friday, July 13.
The webinar is free to everyone, both NAHC members and non-members, but registration is required.
As previously reported here in NAHC Report, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) issued a proposed rule for home health on July 2, 2018, a 600-page document that could make major changes to payment rates in 2019, along with creating a new payment model in 2020. If implemented, NAHC anticipates these proposals will represent some of the most significant changes in the home health payment system in nearly 20 years.
If you run a home health agency or manage the finances of a home health agency, you need to know everything there is to know about the CMS proposed rule and the Patient Driven Grouping Model (PDGM) that forms the core of the new payment system. This webinar will give you a great introduction to the topic.
