About our Presenter:

Fritz Soon, BSN, RN, COS-C, HCS-D, serves as the regional quality and compliance consultant for Kaiser Permanente Home Health and Hospice in Washington. In addition to his main role, he runs an LLC per diem that subcontracts outsourced home health coding from other states. He holds certifications as an OASIS specialist and a home healthcare coding specialist, bringing over 15 years of experience as an RN in home healthcare.

During his career, Fritz was a certified home infusion RN while working as a field nurse. He has also held leadership positions for over a decade, including Director of Nursing and Director of Clinical Operations at various home health agencies in Illinois and Washington. His experience in Pre-Claim Review (PCR) and Review Choice Demonstration (RCD) in Illinois gives him a unique skill set, allowing him to offer comprehensive coding and audit knowledge.

Outside of work, Fritz is a dedicated traveling swim dad to his two daughters.
