As a member of the Home Care Association of Washington (HCAW), you’ll gain access to timely education, valuable networking opportunities, practical tools, and expert resources to help your agency thrive.

Your membership also strengthens HCAW’s advocacy efforts—amplifying our collective voice in Washington State and at the national level to shape policies that support home-based care.

Membership Term:

HCAW memberships run from January through December, but you can join at any time during the year. If you join after October 1, your membership will be valid through December of the following year.

Membership Renewal:

Renewing your HCAW membership is easy. Each fall, members receive a renewal form to review and update their contact information. After submitting the form, you’ll receive an invoice that can be paid by credit card or check.

Teamwide Benefits:

While each membership has a designated primary contact, all team members—including managers, directors, aides, nurses, dietitians, finance professionals, and executives—are eligible to access HCAW member benefits.

Provider Member | Annual Dues: Vary based on annual revenue

Home health and home care agencies licensed in Washington.

Membership includes all agency employees

Provider Member agencies are entitled to vote in all membership meetings and elections. Members are eligible to serve on the Board of Directors and/or HCAW Committees.

Agencies operating multiple National Provider Identifiers (NPIs) in Washington combine all branches under a Corporate Provider Membership.

Out-of-State Provider Member | Annual Dues: $750

Home health and home care agencies licensed outside of Washington State.

Eligible for Board service as a non-voting member. Not eligible to vote in membership meetings or elections.

Individual Member | Annual Dues: $200

A person, either providing in-home services or affiliate support. Intended for retirees or frontline workers from non-member agencies, not leadership roles.

Eligible for Board service as a non-voting member. Not eligible to vote in membership meetings or elections.

Limited to five people from any non-member agency.

Affiliate Organization Member | Annual Dues: $500, plus $100 per additional office in WA

Businesses that provide supportive care, social services, or supplies to patients in the home, or to home health/home care agencies.

Eligible for Board service as a non-voting member. Not eligible to vote in membership meetings or elections.
